Extensions
A single-storey or double-storey extension reshapes how a home works, adding a kitchen-diner, a bigger living room, or an extra bedroom without the disruption of moving. We handle the layout, foundations, brickwork, roofing and finish as one continuous build, checked against the agreed plan at every stage so the finished room matches what was drawn.
Garage Conversions
An underused garage can become a home office, playroom, gym, or extra living space once it's properly insulated, damp-proofed and finished. We convert the structure while keeping the exterior in line with the rest of the house, covering flooring, electrics and plastering so the new room reads as part of the home, not an add-on.
Kitchen & Bathroom Fit-outs
A fit-out covers the full sequence: stripping the old space back, first-fix plumbing and electrics, tiling, then fitting units, worktops and sanitaryware. Work is done room by room so the rest of the house stays liveable, with close attention paid to the joints, seals and finishes that decide how the space holds up day to day.

A final walk-through and snagging pass before the finished space is handed back to you.
